We work with our couples to ensure they get the day they deserve!

  • Partial Event Planning Services

    Everything listed in the full planning service with these exceptions You already have, at least 2 vendors booked I will research and find remaining vendors needed Includes setup / decorating conditions apply Will require a detailed list of decorating items and setup expected, not to exceed 4 hours pre-ceremony. any additional hours will be charged at $32.00 per hour. Cleanup as required by venue Deposit required $ 300.00 Partial Event services $1800.00

  • Deluxe Day of Coordinator Service

    Includes everything listed with the basic day of coordinator. In addition to help with any vendors not booked. This service also includes decorating, setup, take down and clean up services. not to exceed 4 hours pre-ceremony any additional hours will be charged at $32.00 per hour. Deposit required $300.00 Deluxe Day of Coordinator Service $1200.00 ​ Draping and lighting setup not included additional charges apply Florals We also create centerpieces, bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, bridal party bouquets.

  • Full Event Planning Services

    Complete vendor coordination including research, quotes, appointments, and follow-ups. Point of contact for all vendors. Weekly planning updates, detailed itinerary, and timeline distribution. Contract reviews, budget tracking, RSVP management, and vendor payment scheduling. Event design support, decor planning, hotel blocks, catering, and transportation. Assistance with seating charts, gift ideas, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and final payment/gratuity handling.

  • The Honeymoon Package Add-On

    Research flights, hotels, activities, transportation. Search and suggest restaurants for area. Upon approval and payment from Bride & Groom book and pay all travel arrangements. Check in for flights, print boarding passes, pay baggage fees. Create & print travel & activities itinerary. Create & print packing list. $400.00 $200.00 DEPOSIT Remaining amount due before release of itinerary.

  • Invitation Assembly & Mailing Add-On

    Request and create guest list Request invitations & envelope, RSVP cards plus postage & materials

  • Research Activities/Special Events Add-On

Day of Coordinator

WHO WE ARE

consult - Q&A - expectations.

 meeting @ Venue 1 month before Event

go over vendors, setup, ceremony, activities.

 rehearsal, or day before event  to go through  event / ceremony lineup,

time frame, last minute changes, vendor list,  setup & activities.

Collect wedding day items, such as, cake topper, cake knife, guest sign in item, toast flutes, marriage license, Etcetera.

 Day of Event, coordinate vendors, wedding party & or speakers, entertainers.

Make sure the ceremony / event is running on time.

Basic services includes 12   hours day of Event, Depends on contract agreement

Create a detailed timeline for the ceremony & reception.

Distribution of bouquets & boutonnieres, help with pinning.

Act as liaison between wedding parties, parents, & vendors.

Use of a Bridal emergency kit.

Directing photographer, videographer, DJ, rentals, florist Etcetera.

lining up the wedding party for the ceremony.

Give marriage license to officiant.

lineup & cueing Bride & Groom & wedding party for grand entrance.

Assist DJ in cueing important events, Grand entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, toast, bouquet toss, Grand exit.

Unlimited emails.

Phone conversations as needed.
